How to apply
Admissions are open throughout the year where places are available. The process is the same whether your child is starting Baby Class or joining us in Grade 5.
The process
Five steps, plain language
- Step 1
Submit your application
Fill in the form online or at the school office. It takes about ten minutes once you have your child's details ready.
- Step 2
We review and contact you
Our office reviews the application and calls the parent or guardian listed, usually within two business days, to talk through next steps.
- Step 3
Visit or assessment, if required
For some grades we invite you and your child in for a short visit or placement check — nothing stressful, just so we place them correctly.
- Step 4
Confirm with a deposit
To hold the place you pay a deposit. We'll tell you the exact amount during the call, and it goes toward the first term.
- Step 5
Enrolled
You receive a written confirmation, the reporting date, and a list of what your child needs for their first day.
Fees
Fee structure
All levels are shown at the same placeholder amount (ZMW 3,500 per term) while we confirm the real per-class figures with the office. The structure below is ready to receive those numbers.

Note: figures are placeholders pending confirmation. Fees are payable per term, in advance. A deposit is required to hold a place — the amount is confirmed during the admissions call.
